Thank you for choosing Blue Ridge Mountain Get-A-Way for your vacation getaway.

When making a reservation you can either call our toll free number at 1-877-237-1211, our local number at 706-632-3043 or just email us at bethtowe@tds.net    

Half or you rental is due at the time of booking your reservation.  Unless  it is within the same week, in that case the entire amount will be placed on your credit/debit card when the reservation is made.  The balance will be placed  on your credit/debit card at the time of the reservation.   

Paperwork will either be emailed, fax’d or mailed to you within 24 hours of booking your reservation.  There will be two forms sent to you that must be signed and fax’d back to the office at 706-632-3042 before your reservation will be completely confirmed.

When booking a reservation with Blue Ridge Mountain Get-A-Way, the person must be at least 25 years old and either the person, spouse of the person, whose name appears on the credit or debit card provided.

Please no cash or checks…reservations are only accepted by credit or debits cards (we accept Master Card, Visa,)….the reason behind no cash, is you the renter will not be coming to a Rental Office, you be going direct to the cabin.  This way there will not be any problems with leaving checks or cash in a cabin.  Thank you for your understanding.

RENTAL RATES

Rates for each cabin are listed on the site.  In addition to the nightly or weekly rates, there is an additional 10% tax added and each cabin has a cleaning fee.  These fees range from $60-$100, always ask. These rates are based on the amount of work that must be done to clean the cabin and hot tub after your visit.  The amount is determined upon the cabin selected.

The rates are based on how many bedrooms, if the cabin is a 2 bedroom, then the rate is for 4 people, etc.  Anything over that please add  $10 per night per guest.

PETS

We do offer several cabins that are pet friendly….we have a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00.  Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture or in/on the beds - if this happens there will be additional charges added to your credit/debit card.  When taking your pets outside, please make sure that you clean up after them before leaving.

NO SMOKING

All of our cabins are listed as NON-SMOKING.  Smokers can smoke out on the decks and porches; please do not dispose of your cigarette butts in the yard or any surrounding areas.  If discarded cigarette butts are found or if our housekeeper determines smoking has happened inside one of our cabins, there will be an additional charge placed on your credit or debit card of $100.00.

CHECK –In   and   CHECK-Out

Check in is at 3 pm, unless cleared with Management before your arrival

Check out time is 11 am, unless cleared with Management before your arrival

CANCELLATIONS

Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to check in, will result in forfeiting a $35 processing fee. 

Reservations cancelled inside or less than 30 days will result in forfeiting the first nights rental.

Reservations cancelled inside or less than 7 days prior to check in will loose the entire amount of the stay, excluding the cleaning fee. 

ALL Cancellations must be made in writing by Fax, Certified Mail or Email.

MINIMUM STAYS

2 night minimum stay, except for the following major Holidays - then there is a 3 night minimum:  Memorial Day; 4th of July; Labor Day; Thanksgiving; Christmas and New Year's.
