We have years of experience to handle all the day-to-day responsibilities for your cabin. We are a small, individually owned and operated business that believe our customers and owners are our number one priority. We will at all times show our "Southern Hospitality" to both.

We pride ourselves on open communication and availability to owners. We ourselves do NOT own any of the properties, therefore, we are only representing you and yours. There is not competition with us renting our own cabins first. You come first. This generates fair and honest promotion of ALL cabins under our management.

We view our owners first and foremost as our business partners. We realize without you, there would be no Blue Ridge Mountain Getaway. This means any questions; issues or concerns that you might have will receive our immediate attention.

We try to maintain an inventory of cabins which meet perspective guests needs. This means more return customers and referrals, which in turn means more money for all.

We Provide Our Clients With The Following Services:

We offer well trained and dependable housekeepers with years of experience. When placing a property in our Rental Program, one of our housekeepers is assigned to the property and is responsible for all cleanings and any maintenance issues. This allows the housekeeper to know the assigned cabin inside and out. This takes all the stress off the owner's shoulders by providing qualified housekeepers and maintenance personnel.

We also provide a spot checking service of each cabin between rentals (which means if the cabin doesn't rent for a week or two, our housekeepers will check to make sure all is well with the cabin).

We provide excellent customer service. This generates Respect for your property, which in turn generates repeat business and referrals. We handle ALL your reservations. We handle all the accounting and sales tax reporting. We also handle all the advertising: Local and out of town newspapers; magazines; co-op advertising with the Chamber of Commerce and links with other sites.
