Hiking trails, mountain biking, tubing, canoeing and rafting are all nearby at Aska Adventure Area. White-water rafting, fly fishing and horseback riding are a short drive away. Antique shopping, train rides and restaurants just across the lake in the town of Blue Ridge. Three queen bedrooms (pillow-top beds with soft  cotton sheets, cozy quilts and down comforters) sleep six adults. One bedroom with two twins and a trundle sleeps up to three kids. Three and a half baths. Great room with gas-start fireplace and Dish TV/DVD. An extra sitting room with Dish TV/DVD downstairs and a study in the loft give everyone room to spread out. Wide screened porch that may become your outdoor living room and dining room while you’re here. Hot tub. Gas grill. Washer/dryer. Wireless DSL Internet connection. Two-person kayak. Cabin is lake access with a shared dock, wooden seating/sunbathing area and fire pit, but please note that water level is highly variable. Flawlessly housebroken dogs welcome, but not on the furniture, please !
